  • Most rentals require that you pay for your first month, last month and a security deposit that is equal to a month. (3 months down to move in)

  • We require proof of income (Last 2 Pay Check Stubs or Bank Account Statements or Tax Return).

  • $50 application fee required for Credit, Background and Eviction Check.

  • We do not charge multiple applications fees. You only pay once to apply to any number of listings.

  • Credit score requirements usually depend on the property HOA and owner. Every rental listing is different. Most owners are only checking credit to look for rental related delinquencies.

  • Once a rental application is accepted by the owner, the renter must put down at least a half (1/2)  month deposit to hold the unit until the move in date. The remaining balance (usually 2.5 months) is paid on the day you receive the keys.
